Sites can be added manually by entering the URL in the input box and clicking add.
Verify ownership of your website
To complete the addition of a new site to your account, you need to verify that you own the site by proving ownership. There are four ownership verification methods.
We are going to ADD CNAME record to DNS in Shopify.
Add CNAME record to DNS: This option requires access to your domain hosting account. Inside that account you would edit the CNAME record to hold the verification code (series of numbers and letters) we have provided you. When complete, we can see this information and verify your ownership of the site.
If you've done the verification correct, you will receive an email like the following.
Broaden Your Demographic
It's no secret that people of different ages, genders, and locations tend to use different search engines. As a result, businesses that want to target specific demographics need to ensure that they are optimizing their website for the right search engine.
While Google is currently the most popular search engine, that doesn't mean that it is the best option for every business. For example, if your target market is over 35, resides in the US and has children, then Bing might be a better option. This is because Bing's user base tends to skew older and more suburban than Google's. As a result, businesses that want to reach this demographic should focus on optimizing their site for Bing rather than Google.
By understanding the demographics of different search engines, businesses can ensure that they are reaching their target market efficiently and effectively.
